we have lived there for a little over a year, after we moved out, they freaked us out about the charges, it is unbelievable , we cleaned every spot before we left, they didn't do checkout with you, just sent out the charges to you afterward, when you question about those charges, they just didn't response at all and sent you to credit collect agency instead.all the charges are non-reasonable, I never deal this kind service before. they just want money. I won't recommend it to anyone else. be care of when you move out, be sure to get they inspect the move out condition with you, otherwise they will say everything in that apt is broken or wrong.
