I have lived here for almost two years. I complained in the beginning regarding my dishwasher, it took 1.7 months to get it fixed. I complained abt birds in my vents the property manager did not believe me. Now there is a foul, decompsing smell in my master bath. Now the property manager states that there was a dead bird in the vent in another apartment. I found birds in my hall bath trying to get into the bathroom while I was taking a shower!! I was told since I lived on the 1st flr this could not be & it must be a cat playing around!! Since I am a full time student finishing my B.S. and minor in bus admin i must need to go back to school for another type of degree to fully understand how this property gets away with this. I also talked to the regional manager who fully took the property manager side and states "she" is doing a good job. If I have obtained any health problems this property will surely hear from my lawyer!!! -- just disgusting and terrible.
