Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2003
 
I am about to complete my first year here, and am not renewing my lease. The dog waste and the noise levels at all hours (3AM last night!), combined with the every tight parking situation, make me cry when I write my $800 rent check. What on earth am I paying for'' I'm out of here!
