I moved to Greensboro two years ago on a job transfer and had so many choices to reside. Most apartment communities offer the same amenities and prices, so it came to service and location which is why I chose here.

It is ideally located between Greensboro and High Point and has all the shopping one would need. Wendover, Hwy 68, I-40, and Guilford College are great access routes to and around the Piedmont.

The staff always responded to my needs and was courteous. Maintenance responded the same day or within a reasonable period of time if it was after hours. The courtesy officer was seen driving the community a few nights a week and added a sense of security to my wife.

I am sad to leave, but interest rates and home prices are driving me to enter homeownership. If this wasn't the case, I see my family and I residing here for quite a few more years.
