dog waste pile-up!!!

Years at this apartment: 2000 - 2001
 
If you own a dog, move here because you've got free rein. But if you don't like the sight of, smell of, or unsanitary condition of dog waste deposited close to your front door, thenSTAY AWAY. This "meticulously maintained" property has become less than desirable. I pay higher rent here because I wanted to live in a "nice" community. No I feel like I live in a ghetto. Not renewing my lease.
