I agree that dog waste is a problem here. But my biggest concerns are the parking situations and the noise levels. There is limited parking near my building even though a new, extended lot was built last summer. And the noise level from outdoors (especially at night) is disturbing. My neighbors are not considerate and make a lot of noise coming and going on the stairs and in the parking lots. The outside walls are very thin. I can hear complete conversations while lying in bed at night. This neighborhood was very upper-class when I moved in 3 years ago but has since gone downhill.
