Awful experience and Crime is High!

In 3 months our lease will run out and we will be happy to be rid of this place! Oh, and did I mention that they are going up $75 on their apartments' First off, let me mention the few positive things about the apartment-big living room, large master bedroom, spacious closets, and nicely manicured lawns. And the person that rented our apartment to us is really nice to us. Other than that, everything else has been just awful. Parking is atrocious if you live in the front or first half of the apartment complex. We always have to park 3 buildings down cause people are always having out-of-town guests park in front of our buildings. I suggest to the apartment community to require parking stickers or have numbered/assisgned parking to get rid of this problem. They tried to charge us a $50 late fee when we turned our rent in two weeks early and threatened to send the $50 fine to collections. We wound up paying it just to get them off our backs. Maintenance is the worst. When we moved in, our sinks we're leaking so we called maintenance. They came when we weren't home, locked our cat in the coat closet and left the door unlocked when they left. We complained to the staff and they did nothing. Thanks to maintenance not retuning our calls, the dishwasher didn't dry dishes for a month, the light was out in our fridge for 2 weeks, we've been missing lightbulbs in both ceiling fans for months, the kitchen and bathroom sinks stop up, and the bath tub stops up when you take a shower. More detail about the shower-it would stop up and fill with a foot of water and wouldn't drain for over an hour. All we needed was for maintenance to come out and snake it clean but they never returned our calls. I think it took them a month and a half to finally come and fix it-once again, while we weren't in the apartment. The washer leaked large amounts of water onto the floor one night and I called maintenance and he said he would come out the next day. He never came and it took a week to get someone else to come out and fix the washer. I'm sure when we move out they will charge us water damage for the repair guy being a no-show. We've had someone steal stuff from our apartment and suspect someone that works here is up to it. We've had a drawer full of towels suddenly go missing, along with perscription medications and grooming supplies. Don't use the laundry facilities here to dry your clothes. We ran our clothes through the dryer twice and our clothes were still wet. Someone stole the flat screen tv's from the fitness center and they punished us-the renters, by closing the laundry and fitness facilities at 10pm-when they were previously open 24/7. Don't be reeled in by the security gates cause they are never running. Someone always runs into them or they try to "repair" them when they aren't broken. We currently have an ant problem in our kitchen/sunroom area. We called to have it sprayed. Once again, it took them two weeks to come out and they left a paper saying they sprayed for ants but no one signed it and we still have ants. Oh, and neighbors. We have problems with noisy neighbors above us. These people will run around the apartment at 3, 4, 5 am and stomp and blare music. We called the staff to mention this and they claimed they sent something to the people above us but nothings changed-they're still noisy in the middle of the night. $675 for a one bed/one bath is NOT a deal and don't be reeled in with how cute the apartments are. As I described above, looks can be deceiving.

I love how you put that your washer was leaking and main. never came to fix it. It's not their problem. Really. This is a joke

I know that but apparently You don't know how to spell. I called him to ask if he could come check it and just see what was wrong. You would have know that if you had read the entire review. He said he didn't mind and would come check it for me but he never showed. Once again, I already said that in the review. Learn how to read and spell!

Sounds like somebody's bitter... I wouldn't expect maintenance to fix anything like a clogged drain, seems like a waste of their time.
