The new management is desperate to fill empties and is lowering standards. There are some real creapies roaming around now. Folks from all around use the pool on Sundays when the office is closed. Management doesn't seem interested in enforcing rules.
Maintenance is a bright spot however. In this area, staff are responsive and competent.
Noise is a problem. Management seems selective as to whom they choose to crack down on.
No recycling facilities.

I am absolutely appalled at this review...I've lived here for well over 2 years and the current Manager has turned the place around completely. I have personally witnessed her coming here when the office is closed to check on the pool and kick out the kids who don't live here. She has also done a lot as far as updating the neighborhood and adding new equipment to the fitness center, etc. The grounds are always nice and while there obviously will be some noise in apartments - I don't feel it is unreasonable. I feel that a lot of people only add reviews when they are mad b/c they don't want to be held accountable and try to deface the neighborhood.

My boyfriend and I have an opportunity to move to NC come fall. Seeing how you posted this review in April, I was wondering if there is any vandelism or theft of cars or anything else? We live in CT now so this is going to be a huge move for us and we don't want to be taken in by anything. Thank you.
