I loved living here and am very sorry to go, but my husbands job is relocating us across the state. Maintenance is very helpful they get the job done quickly. The office staff is wonderful, Kristi and Traci are very friendly and professional. My only complaint is about the noise. The people living above me are very loud and have no consideration for others. The children run up and down the stairs and all over the apartment at all hours of the day. Even the people that live in the apartment next to mine can hear them. But I assume that in any apartment you would be able to hear your neighbors. The grounds are beautiful and they have been upgrading alot around here. Last year we had new patio furniture and the outsides of the buildings were repainted and this year we are getting a new playground and they are sealing the parking lot. I really enjoyed my time here and would definately recommend Coopers Ridge!
