I am a current resident of Coopers Ridge and I love it. The neighborhood is very quiet, and the staff is extraordinary. I never have a problem that is not handled in a timely manner. Living in an apartment you have to expect some noise but I have not had one complaint of excessive noise. Maintenance does a great job of completing work orders. The office staff is always friendly and helpful, any concerns are addressed immediately. I also have seen the manager on the property during evening hours patroling the community. This showed me she really cares about the community and is not just around 9am-5pm. I would recommend anyone I know to live in this community. I know my family will be here for a long time.
