So-So The new management is desperate to fill empties and is lowering standards. There are some real creapies roaming around now. Folks from all around use the pool on Sundays when the office is closed. Management doesn't seem interested in enforcing rules.
Maintenance is a bright spot

Bad Quality If you are looking for an apartment that feels like home, do not choose Cooper's Ridge. The staff will not replace anything that has been worn down or in bad condition. Check for pest and broken appliances prior to move in. Although, the staff is very unprofessional and

What a dump Erika, the managetr was unbelievably rude and nasty. The problems started the day we moved in. The maintainance guy was screwing around with some of the residents and never seemed to get anything else done. He even tryed to charge us extra to put up our fans that Erika wrote out

Great place to live! I am a current resident of Coopers Ridge and I love it. The neighborhood is very quiet, and the staff is extraordinary. I never have a problem that is not handled in a timely manner. Living in an apartment you have to expect some noise but I have not had one complaint of
