.copers ridge management i'm a short term renterhere. the apt. is very clean and when the bed was worn out the mgt. replaced it with no problem. then there was an issue with the rental agreement. again, they responded satisfactorally.

So-So The new management is desperate to fill empties and is lowering standards. There are some real creapies roaming around now. Folks from all around use the pool on Sundays when the office is closed. Management doesn't seem interested in enforcing rules.

What a dump Erika, the managetr was unbelievably rude and nasty. The problems started the day we moved in. The maintainance guy was screwing around with some of the residents and never seemed to get anything else done. He even tryed to charge us extra to put up our fans that Erika wrote out

no deposit refund lived there for 6 month, had every month trouble with rent being overcharged by over $200 or more, staff fixed it, but not after a lot of leg work and threats...moved out and left the apartment spotless (i'm german and know how to clean) and haven't gotten my
