The office staff is extremely friendly and helpful. The maintenance dept. is reliable, prompt and competent. They focus on preventitive maintenance which is always a plus! The apt staff works as a well-oiled machine team! The apt is spacious, the parking lot is well-lit with plenty of parking, the location is at the intersection of I-40 & Rt. 66, very convenient, 15 minutes away from either Winston Salem, Greensboro, or High Point, at the heart of the Triad! Even close to local shopping centers such as grocery stores: Harris Teeter, Food Lion, Lowe's, CVS, Eckerd's Drugs, Wal-Mart, restaurants: McDonald's, Burger King, Mi Pueblo, and lots more, library, temp agencies, churches, etc. Everything you need is here in Kernersville. The apt grounds are beautiful and clean with full grown trees. They have a large pool which is always clean, a business center with computer, fax, current area newspapers, free coffee and cookies in the lobby area, fitness room, outside fitness area and trail, playground, volleyball area, with a car wash/care area also. They are even pet-friendly. The staff tries real hard in making us all feel welcome and at home. During the summer they provide BBQ's, pool parties, ice cream socials, volleyball games, discount tickets to sporting events. During last year's severe ice storm, they were very quick to ensure our safety as best they could to clear the parking lots, shovel the sidewalks, and to keep us abreast of the status of the electricity and cable outcomes. Many of the apt staff live on the premises. It is very noticeable that they take pride in their home and community and respect their neighbors. This is a great place to live. If it weren't for this job transfer of ours, we'd still be living here! Highly recommend this place as your next home! BuLYzGcKAVo8MQPlcXJq
