Ive lived here for a few months. Everything has been great so far. All of my neighbors seem really nice and friendly, and we all watch out for each other. This community is very pet friendly, big dogs, small dogs, whatever! The apartments are really sound proof too. You never hear dogs barking unless you are on the way to your front door from the outside, of course the dogs will bark at the doors if they hear you outside. My neighbor has a few month old baby and Ive heard her cry faintly ONE time, when I had my TV off and was just laying down taking a nap. It turns out she's really loud and screams a lot but I never ever hear it! Parking really isnt that bad, it just depends on what building you live in. I think it's the worst when it's fri and saturday night. Everyone just invites their friends/family over for a cook out at the pool..so the cars eventually even out. They usually have gatherings at the pool twice a month. I think this month we've had a luau and a fiesta. They're catered and everyone gets to meet everyone while the kids play in the pool. We actually have a few officers that live in the community. I feel pretty safe here. The Reflex cable is ok, it just doesn't have a preview channel. Abbott's creek have their own channel they use to make announements, etc. They even have a "courtesy" office who told everyone to call him on his cell phone if anything comes up who lives in the community.

It's very well lit and the grounds are kept pretty clean. They have dog walking areas with poop clean up bags and (most) people clean up after their dogs. There is a place where you can wash your car or play volleyball. The staff is super nice too. The maintence man is pretty fast, they get things done here instead of waiting like 3-4 days!! They have a great business center - for internet, faxing, printing, copying, etc. I have to move out in a few months but I will sure miss it!! SEk1KnECheF1ATXbXtrZ
