Noisy Neighbors good cable

The neighbors are extremely noisy especially when you have kids running up and down the stairs and hallway. The cable and internet is reliable. For the price I'm paying I would be paying triple the amount with Time Warner and I get better customer service when I call Reflex. All in all the maintenace staff is excellent and the cable system is excellent. They need a better screening process for new residents.
