When I moved in in May I was amazed and absolutely elated, the grounds well kept, office staff always polite, and now that it is almost November and 3 months into a management and office staff change, eeverything ahs gone to hell in a handbasket to say the least. The pet waste trashcans are never emptied, and the office staff is awfully rude.. ---forgetting to put you on hold then talk ---- about you in the background to other staff members, and when confronted with the issue no one is reprimanded... at all. The new property manager is incompetent, and I know who won't be renewing their lease in May.

I have lived out here for a while and have never had an issue with any of the staff or the manager. You said "incompetant".... have you looked at your spelling? It's obvious that you have no idea how great you have it here. Try living in a community with no pool, not enough parking and the office only open 4 days a week and 4 hours a day. This community puts other properties to shame!

It is hard to look at your side of things when it is obvious you have issues with a simple thing as grammer!! I have lived out here much longer then you and I have never had an issue with the property manager that we have now. She is the BEST manager we have had out here!! If your not happy .........move out!!! |

If you are referring to Val, then I'd have to agree that she is a definite step down from the previous manager.
Oh, to the person above me. Before you go knocking someone for their "grammer" please learn how to spell the word. G-R-A-M-M-A-R
Also, you may want to take an English class (or two) to learn what a run-on sentence is.
