At first I was excited about moving to abbotts creek. As always the display models draw you in but my apartment was so old and ran down. It looked as if the person living in here before me was here for about 10 years so when I moved in I had to deal with things like stained and rundown carpet, messy paint jobs broke-down garbage disposals, sink always clogging. The staff is pleasant(most) but once you sign the lease don't expect to get treated well.

I am thankful to have maintenance to handle any issues that may arise. If I owned a house then I would have to fix it or pay for someone else too. Think about the cost of labor, parts and some company's charge for gas! I'd rather pay rent then to have to deal with all of that! Anytime I have called in a request or concern to the office, the staff has been very pleasant and helpful. These apartments are very nice and spacious. Well worth the rent and then some!!!

I soooooooo agree with the first response. Appreciate and stop WHINING!!!! You act like you live in the projects. I know unfortunate people and they live in the projects!! This complex offers a LOT!!!!
