Moved in 8/1 and Hot Tub hasn't worked for a few months now!! Asked about it several times to NO Avail!!! Will add more when I move out!!

I too moved in 8-1-07 and enjoyed many a night in the hot tub that you said was not working. Other than noise complaints at 10:01(closes at 10pm) from an under-sexed neighbor, it was a great experience. I would refer to it as a luke-warm tub, as the heaters are not always working, but never the less...it worked!

was there last week to find out about about renting a unit and was told the hot tub was broken would probally not be repaired due to the cost

I am a resident here also and have a young child that loves to play at the pool. That hot tub is a safety hazard the way it is now. The black cover that they have over it is EXTREMELY hot. A child could easity wander over and touch it and get burned. If they are not going to have it repaired then they need to do away with it completely.
