I moved here from out of the area, like many people. I enjoy living here because the location is perfect - it's easy access to everything, including the highways. My neighbors are all very friendly, and it has been easy to meet new people here. It's a very tight knit community with open arms. However, there are some things you should be cautios of. At the back of the complex, for example, is a drainage pond that has been a small breeding ground for the local copperhead snakes. (Poisonous, for those of you who aren't aware.) I have seen two kille din one week this year. Also, because it IS so close to the interstate, we have an amazingly high number of B&E's around here. The first week I moved in, KPD were here 4 times due to apartments being robbed. It tends to happen more often towards the back of the complex, because we are away fromt he rest of the population. It's still a great place, though, and I will resign at the end of my lease. Get yourself a vicious attack cat like me, and live ont he 3rd floor. No one wants to lug a bunch of crap that far to steal it. Trust me.
