I've lived here for a little over a year now. It's pretty good place for the price. Water and cable are included in rent. There is no pool, laundry facilities or exercise rooms. There is very good parking here and there is usually no overflowing dumpsters. My problems here have been with maintenance. They tell me one thing and do another or wait forever to do what they say there going to do. Get a second story apt if you move here. I can here everything my neighbors do, I mean everything. Maintenance told me they were going to replace the floorboards because the creaking is so bad. They waited until I renewed my lease and then they took a drill and screwed the boards down which didn't do a bit of good. I f you move here maybe you will luck up and get a better built apt than I got.
