Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2005
 
Looks like a cheap hotel. Sounds like the walls are about an inch thick. If you live on the bottom floor you can even hear a cat walking upstairs. Crime is high. Inadequate parking space. Dont move here unless you think it would be cheaper than a $30/night hotel.
