When I first moved in the rent was 495 and had no real problems the first year. Over time though I had issues with other tennants such as smoke from cigarets and other substances entering my apartment. One day my girl friends car was even his by some one who had parked in the fire lane the previous night. I had issues with managements bad attitute and would hate going there to pay the rent.
