I have lived in my 1 BR apt at Madison Place for 2 years and loved every minute of it. The staff is SO friendly and always helpful. I felt safe everywhere around the complex, even when I came home late after work in thanks to the wonderful lightposts along the road and in the stairways. The grounds are always kept neat and tidy from the pool, playground, and workout area. Even though I had to deal with carrying groceries up the steps, I loved living on the 3rd floor b/c it was real spacious with the vaulted ceilings in the living room. Anytime I had a maintenance problem, I called the front office and it was taken care of immediately, like I said so helpful. With Kernersville growth recently, Madison Place is right in the heart of it all. Lots of restaurants, some shopping, and health care offices are conviently close. Also,Winston-Salem is about a 20-30 minute commute depending on traffic and where you want to go and Greensboro is a reasonable distance as well in the opposite direction. I have truly loved my time here and would highly consider this as a great option. Whether you're only staying here for 6 mths while your house is being built or you stay for 2 years , Madison Place is perfect for everyone.
