Worst apt experience ever

For lack of a better description, this place is ghetto. Neighbors yelling outside (like a 24/7 episode of "COPS"), neighborhood kids (I assume) knocking on the door and running off at 2:30 AM, poor insulation makes VERY noisy. Worst of all is the management. Cindy, the assistant manager, lied to me on various occasions about matters that were very important. I was charged EXCESSIVELY for services I never agreed to pay and was led to believe were free. Not enough room for all my gripes. Never again, I wouldn't stay there for free.
