ihave lived at laurens way for about a year and have pretty much enjoyed my stay. the staff has always responded to any maintenance requests that I had in a timely manner. I have the best neighbors in the world! No wild parties at all. Everyone seems to be professional individuals. My only complaint would be that they don't subscribe to time warner cable, but I am not much of a tv watcher so that's not a big deal. The premises are very nice and it's a family-friendly atmosphere.
