The staff is wonderful. They are very helpful and extremly accomadating. I have lived all over the country and have not found a more helpful group of people. Rent is rather inexpensive for the area, apartment is clean and is extremly quite, except for the few dogs in the neighboorhood behind the apt but that is out of their control. Not too many kids running around out of control which is a plus. There is nothing special about laurens way, other than a safe, clean affordable place to live.
