The Plaza Terrace Apartments did nothing but take my money. Prior to signing a lease you are asked to do a walk through and point out any problems the apartment might have, after doing this, giving my deposit, 1st month rent and signing the lease, the things I found wrong were not fixed. The building manager told me I needed to keep letting them know I needed these things fixed because he can't keep track of what gets done around there. I only needed a six month lease for the apartment for which I was charged an additional $25 a month. When my lease expired, I was told that I was required to give them a 30 day notice and they would not be giving my down payment back. This establishment continually raises the rent and offers nothing in return. The staff is very unknowledgeable and very unprofessional.
