Wonderful place - Me and my husband moved in, in 2009 and stayed till march 2011. We had friendly maitance that left a note in advance when they were coming. Stay away The Plaza Terrace Apartments did nothing but take my money. Prior to signing a lease you are asked to do a walk through and point out any problems the apartment might have, after doing this, giving my deposit, 1st month rent and signing the lease, the things I found wrong
