I have lived at Brookway West for almost a year now. At first everything was fine, until Vista took over management. Since then it's impossible to get things fixed. We went over a week without power in half of the apartment due to a blown fuse or something. If the maintance guy ever shows up he is unclear of what to do and may or may not get it fixed. Our air conditioner leaked onto the floor for over 6 months before he finally got it right. Also our garbage disposal leaked and it's still not fixed although he has attempted to repair it three times. We have had things stolen from us... including a door mat.. isn't that sad!!! The management here is rude and not at all helpful. Our lease expires soon and we will definately be relocating.
