I thought these were the smallest apts ever. If you stretch your feet out they will be hanging out the window. My carpet smelled like wet dirty dog, and it was dooky brown when I moved in, my neighbors were nosy and could not mind their own business. The pool had bacteria in it, had to go to the hospital over that. Sharon and Brandi walk around the place like their ---- don't stank, and overall it just sucked. And they way over priced.

I am very saddened by this posting. I have been the Manager for Lagrande Apartments for the past 17 years. I pride myself on our customer service. I will try to address the above issues to the best of my ability not knowing the writer. If there was and issue concerning the carpet, we always clean the carpet prior to move in and if there was an issue we were made aware of it,we would have had it re-cleaned. As far as the bacteria in the pool, I am unaware of any problems with the pool and bacteria. We are inspected by the Health Dept. as any community pool. I have had no issues and problems and have had nothing but high reviews. As far as the personal slander , I feel no need to address this. The price for our apartments is very reasonable. Not knowing if the writer lived in a 1 BR or 2Br townhome, my response to size is the following. The 2br's are just approx. 900 sq. feet and are a very average size for a townhome. The 1 Br garden is actually very large for 1 Br in the area at approx. 750 sq. feet. I do hate that this writer feels this angry and bitter towards our community. Manager Lagrande Apartments

i have lived at lagrande for almost a year now. it is a wonderful place to live. the yard is clean the apartments are spotless, the pool is great and all the neighbors are wonderful neighbors. The prices for a place in lewisville is reasonable. and the management and maintence staff are wonderful. if you have an issue that you address to them they fix it very quickly. Thanks sharon and brandy and dean for making this a wonderful home for me and my son.
