My husband, daughter and I lived at the Reserves for 9 months during 2007. We were very happy living there and had no problems while we resided there. The neighbors were friendly and the staff was great. The apartment was very nice. As soon as we looked at the apartment we knew it was the place we wanted to live. We would recommend the Reserves to everyone.

maintence there is very bad , office staff is not good in conducting business grounds are always dirty apartments are not livable b/c of poor maintence. i felt like i was walking into section 8 housing i would never live there again!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have lived at the Reserve for 11 months now. On the 11th month my AC unit went out. The maintenance guys said they fixed it. And sure it enough, it seemed they had until I realized the unit wasn't blowing out cool air. Just room temp air. So, I had to go through another night with no AC during summer weather. Plus, the on-call maintenance number provided by managers was "no longer a working number." Two nights without AC is an OUTRAGE. I will never live here again.

You COULDN'T live there again if you wanted to buddy. The reason you left was due to being evicted. Pay your rent loser!
