By all means, avoid this place like the plague. Long term renter and business professional - have never given anyone any problems at all in terms of noise, property destruction, etc. When time to move, manager has changed her story several times as to what she wants in terms of month to month rent, so that she is now demanding a 300% increase if I go month to month before my move-out date, is obviously trying to find some way to hold back my deposit (I have no pets, clean scrupulously, eat out most of the time) - - Pretty bad return for years of rent, no complaints EVER, and never one late rental payment. BOTTOM LINE: They're great until they get you in here, then the rules are very likely to change. Do NOT accept a verbal okay on anything - get everything in writing and get the owner's name for complaint purposes.

I work in another apartment community, and yes, get everything in writing, but if you READ your lease, everything is spelled out for you.... the rules can not be changed. So instead of ASSUMING things, just read them and you will know you are not being cheated-

I agree with the other responder. Seriously, 300% increase? That's like me paying 1800/month for my apartment here. Please be of calm, clear, and realistic mind before posting. The manager is straight with people.
