I have lived here Oct 07 and it has been great. I love my place. I am in the back so it's really quiet. Melissa has been amazing through the transition to the Berkshires of Matthews, with only a few challenges things went over smoothly. I am still excited to see what changes are to come as I just renewed my lease!! We got a diamond in the rough, but this place really is a hidden jem.
