Quiet, pleasant, well-managed

Very enjoyable place to live. Lots of trees, good parking, well maintained. No noisy parties or loud tenants. Pets allowed. Friendly management.

Only complaint is the cost of laundromat. I spent about $6.00 per week on laundry. There's a cheaper laundromat in downtown Matthews.
