Not bad until move-out!

I had no complaints what-so-ever until it came time to move out, and then they slapped me with a huge fee for expenses that my deposits (which there were a lot of!) didn't cover. As for the staff, I only knew one person, because the rest never took the time to introduce themselves to me, even when I would see them around the complex. If you have the choice, I would pick somewhere else, because there are plenty of other places nearby that are better.
--I should also mention the assaults of 2 women that took place there while I lived there. They were assualted at dusk while walking their dogs. They now have tight security, only AFTER these two women were hurt. And the parking is terrible. I sometimes had to park VERY far away, after dark, and did NOT feel the least bit safe. Regardless of rent price, you can't put a price on piece of mind. Find somewhere safe. lGjq8RUBjvsZjkb5ueji
