We really like it here, we have lived here almost 2 years and have never had a problem that wasnt resolved in a timely manner. The office staff is WONDERFUL, they really are super friendly to deal with. The apartment is roomy (yet a little pricey though) all in all a great community.

Sure do. -Water was leaking out of the back of our toilet, they were here in 5 min to fix it.. -Our dishwasher stopped working, we had a new one in 2 days. -The people upstairs from us had a leak in there water heater at midnight, they were here within the hour. Stopped the leak and came back at 8am to make sure no more water was leaking. I do have to say it did take them like 2 weeks to patch up the ceiling from the water damage and they did a crappy job with that. -We had a $150 water bill do to one of our toilets that didn't shut off properly and they got our account credited to what we would normally pay. - I have to fax and make copy's of things often and they have no problems with me using there machines. -I had a large package delivered to the office when I wasnt home and they helped me get it back to my apartment so I didnt have to try carrying it with my 2 children in tow. That is what I got off hand but they have always been quick and courteous with anything I needed.
