I wouldn't recommend anyone live at Colonial Village at Matthews. I can't speak for other Colonial properties, but this one isn't worth the hassle. Friendlier and more attentive office staff can be found elsewhere in Matthews.

As one of the office employees, I ask you to compare our customer service with any other apartment office and you will definitely see a big difference. We are more attentive, friendly and known for our outstanding service. If you would like please give us a call and schedule an appointment or stop by for a walkin tour! If there was any problem with your service please do address your issues with our property manager as we would like to improve our services to our customers.

Funny ...next door at colonial grand ur given a good sevise untill ur in then ur not even allowed to complain , staff is unprofessional nn unrespectfull in a level that can not be described .your better of to live in the street - there at least ppl feel bad for you !!!
