I've lived at the Drake almost 2 years and have really enjoyed it. The Drake boasts a great location, helpful staff, and the fastest, most thorough maintenance crew I've heard of! I've never waited even 24 hours before any reported problem was fixed. Once I let them know my sink had a very small leak, only when turned on. By the time I returned just a few hours later, the sink had been completely replaced and the maintenance team had cleaned up after themselves. I love the diversity of the residents. Altogether a good experience.
