This place is over priced garbage. They raised the rent and the place got worse. I had gang signs written on my building, neighbors who throw trash outside their door and leave it for weeks, and managment doesn't seem to care. I am planning on moving out soon, don't move in.

I would like to rate Legacy Matthews at least at 90% , for the moment, because I have been living here 1 month, my entire apt. has been completely rebuilt. Everything is like a brand new home,ie, cabinets, sinks, paint, carpet, new refrigerator, dishwasher,microwave above a new oven. The rate was raised after I moved in here, and was extremely reasonable for a Fireplace, balconey overlooking the woods. Management has been extremely efficient. Maintenance is wonderful. The grounds are kept looking nice, with fresh flowers planted.. Pool is clean and maintained. If you are looking for anything nicer in Charlotte, you will pay a lot more money!!- signed- A new resident that knows how to appreciate a really nice new apt.
