I agree with the most recent posters. I have lived in this complex for approx. 4 years and it has definately taken a downhill slide over the past year. As previously stated, the water issues have been rampant this year -- we have had water main bursts at least once a month. Some of the newer residents also leave something to be desired -- they are inconsiderate, loud and messy. My apartment overlooks the pool and I made several calls regarding the loud, offensive music, but management never did anything about it. Parking is also becoming a nightmare! If you get home after 6-7PM, don't plan on parking near your door. They are in the process of "major capital improvements" (as the sign out front says), but for existing residents -- nothing has been done that I would call "improvements". We had new water heaters installed, but that was just any excuse to install water meters so that they can charge for water/sewer usage. So, in addition to a 20% plus rent increase next year, existing residents will also be required to pay for water/sewer. Needless to say, I will not be staying!
