employees never speak to you when you enter the building or pass in the development the work orders recently get lost making several reguest for filters or repairs is normal many many residents get away with hanging their laundry to dry outside, bag garbage in the hallway walking around with open beer or wine or other alcohol beverage I am glad to be moving this place looks and feels like a section 8 gone bad

The person that posted below is obviously a moron, or just a liar. I have lived here for several years and have thoroughly enjoyed my time. The staff is very friendly and courteous. Yesterday, they were even giving away free biscuits. The grounds are kept very neat, and maintenance is very responsive. I have never had to wait more than a day for a repair, and most have been completed the same day. Also, aside from the occasional beach towel, I have not seen laundry being hung out to dry. What is wrong with residents enjoying a beer outside. Seriously, it is not as if the ground are ful of drunk people passed out on the ground. If you are going to whime about somethign, at least be accurate.
