I am a single mother, who just moved in with two young children. I looked everywhere around the Matthews area and settled here at Legacy Matthews. The price was great and I moved into a brand new renovated 2 bedroom apartment. It's wonderful and everyone in the office has been very helpful since day one. I would recommend this community. Cant wait for the pool to open!!!
