I've been here for a few months, and since then I've unfortunately run into quite a few streaks of bad luck. The office staff have been so comforting and understanding they have put my crazyness at ease. I'm glad that I live in a community with such a caring staff. I love my apt too, but the customer service tops it off. Every other community I've lived at I've just been a resident, here I actually have a name, and that means a lot to me!
