Seemed ok at first, but the longer we live here the more we realize we've made a big mistake. Already we've had to call maintenance several times, and usually the problem is not adequately fixed, so we'll have to call back. Once we asked them to change the air filter; it looked like it hadn't been changed in a few years, and we know because they left the old dirty filter in our living room! We've asked that they remove some nails that were left by previous tenants, and some were removed, but others weren't, and they didn't bother filling in the nail holes they left. Also, the plug for the drier we have did not match the outlet in the apartment, and the staff told us it was our responsibility to fix that. The worst thing that happened was they towed one of our cars because the registration was out of date. They said they posted a warning, but the date they claimed to post it was a Friday when we were out of town, and they towed it the following Monday while we were at work. How are we supposed to update our registration over a weekend' We're not even sure their towing policy is completely legal. Overall, I would not recommend living here; if you do, make sure your car's registration is up to date, or you may wake up one morning and find your car's gone.
