This place is really the ghetto of Matthews, people up at all hours doing whatever in the lot, kids hollering and littering smokers in the breeze ways, are problems that are just the tip of the iceberg.
They are all about image, doesn't matter if it's good or not, just has to look pretty,
take the grass, when you visit you'll green grass everywhere, until you go around the building to where the maintenance people go 4-wheeling in their golf carts. Speaking of maintenance, they are as dumb as bricks and don't shower, took them 3 times to fix my hot water heater and when I asked them to replace the air filter they left the dirty one in the middle of the living room, and they can't seem to do anything the weather seals around the doors and windows, some leaks are big enough to let the bugs in!
Another commons site I the police, at least once a week I get out the video camera hoping to get footage for COPS, either a drunken fight, some idiot trying to get his stuff out of his ex friends apartments, grandma pitching a huge fit over a dog on a leash,
over all I am not renewing my lease here and will be happy to leave
