I have lived here 6 years. Am in the process of moving. One of the reasons is rent increases each year since this management has took over. NOT WORTH IT. Can get something for the same price that is MUCH nicer which is what I have done. These apts. are VERY OLD and do not justify what they ask in rent. Also; I have had a problem with a neighbor about a dog issue and her continual partying at all hours of the night on the deck; loud noises in their apt.; trash disposed of off their balcony. Have made numerous complaints to management; but they still continue.

So you're mostly upset that your rent has gone up over the last six years? All apartments go up in price over time. Actually, EVERYTHING goes up over time. ;)

Legacy is not in line for as old as the apartments are. I have a much BIGGER and NEWER appt. for what my rent was going up to at Legacy. Sorry, no comparison. And the management is much better at my new residence.
