I've now lived at Legacy for about five months, and really enjoy living here. The grounds are kept really clean, I never hear any noise, any the appliances are much nicer than at most apartments in this price range. Lots of families and working people in the complex, and next to no loud car stereos etc.
There is a surplus of parking spots, but the grounds still have old trees, lots of grass, and a gently rolling terrain. You are close to a movie theater, bicycle shop, multiple grocery stores, farmers market, and a wide variety of restaurants. It is set back far enough from the road so that traffic noise is not a big issue.
The only issue I have is the lack of recycling facilities. It's 2009, why are apartment users forced to lug their recycling five miles to a center'
