I don't have the time to list all the bad things about this complex! First of all the apartments right next door (about 100 feet from my door) had a murder suicide recently. A week ago there was a fight between a bunch of college kids at about 3am in the morning on a Tuesday morning. I was awaken by the moise of the screaming and when I looked out my bedroom window the two men fighting were slamming each other up against other residents cars. A huge fight the next day occured at the apartments next door. I have several rood and inconsiderate neighbors that think drinking every night of the week and staying up until midnight with the music blareing is normal. The smell and sight of the trash compactor is aweful. Every time we inform the office about the unruly trash problem they say maintenance men are supposed to come run the compactor on the weekends but 90% of the time they come on Sunday night so we have to deal with the smell and sight all weekend. They say that nonresidents dumping trash are the cause but why not stop making excuses and do something about it. Also they claim to provide gas grills for the residents and they do but it would help if they could also provide the gas for the grills as to they are ALWAYS empty. I will not be extending my lease no matter what!

Might want to use spell-check before you submit a "well phrased" review---its RUDE, not ROOD--basic elementary grammar, dear. As for the rest of your complaints, welcome to apt. living!
