Ever since the property was sold in August and RAM partners took over as management, our once lovely community is not quite what is once was. This includes the new staff that came with RAM at the take-over. None of the Archstone staff got to stay on---don't know why--they were great and always on top of things. They kept the residents happy. I've talked to several residentswithin the last month and they all hate it now that Archstone left. Rent prices are way up, the manager is NEVER around to talk to about our concerns and in general the grounds don't look fresh and clean on a constant basis anymore. I hear many people are moving and I will be one of them when my lease expires in February '07.
