I've been very disappointed with the new staff. They have promised several things that have yet to materialize...like new gym equimpment (almost all the machines in the old room are broke). The grounds are finally being taken care of but it took them months to do that. There is dog crap all over the green, and even on the sidewalk..compliments do nothing. Today, we were not able to get our mail!!!! Managment did not even send a notice warning people. And several tenants has a "financial advisor" come through our apartments which makes me wonder if the place is up for sale yet again.

All in all things have gotten a lot worst. Two tenants had their car stereos stolen in December. There was never any word of warnings (Archstone always sent warnings when things like this happened) only word of mouth. Large groups of kids are once again roaming the grounds. The police are here on a regular basis (a huge incident of domestic violence on the grounds, and the man is still here!). There are loud parties, and compliments do nothing. It's pretty apparent to me that the new management just doesn't care about the property. I have found the staff to be very nice but niceness doesn't necessairly mean that anything gets done. I'm sure it's not their fault though, and supsect that RAM may just want to move the property.
