I have had the worst experience at Matthews Reserve! When under the old management team as Archstone I love living in the complex. Since the change in management things have gone down hill! First of, the staff is rude and makes everything the tenants problem, not handling service requests and questions/concerns with any amount of tact. Currently, the complex is under construction putting a gate up but the management team has sent out no notice about the construction of a gate. About five months ago they began reconstructing the gym and laundry room. The laundry mat took about three months to complete, way past the expected deadline and the gym is yet to be finished. Thus, this leaves tenants paying for amenities not provided. To top it all of under RAM there is a towing policy for vehicles that I was not made aware of and a friend of mine that was visiting had double parked in an isolated area due to the size of his truck. His truck was towed and he had to pay $140 to get it back. Several of my neighboors cars have been towed for being "parked improperly."

The management team does not care about their tenants!!!! This is probably the reason there are so many open apartments since the management has changed. DO NOT LEASE HERE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! BuLYzGcKAVo8MQPlcXJq
